Cryo-Safe Cooler with Clear Lid, Holds 0.5 or 1.5ml Tubes, 12 Tube Capacity

Bench top sized cooler holds twelve 0.5 or 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes at a temperature below 0ºC for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Ideal for protecting valuable samples stored in a freezer with a defrost cycle. Use the included insert to hold 0.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes. Store at -20ºC for a few hours until the temperature of the cooler below 0ºC. Polycarbonate cooler body is filled with a nontoxic gel that cannot touch tubes; ensures markings and labels on tubes are secure. A clear polycarbonate lid shows tube positions; wrenches correspond with positions printed on cooler. Molded side handles allow secure grip for transfer. Rubber feet prevent sliding on lab bench and coolers are stackable.
